Indian Rock is a 2013 KWPN stallion by Apache out of a Vivaldi dam. He was Champion of his KWPN Stallion Licensing and earned standout scores of 9.0 for canter and 8.5 for rideability in his Stallion Performance Test, going on to represent the Netherlands at the highest levels under Emmelie Scholtens, including the FEI World Championships, European Championships, FEI World Cup qualifiers, and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Most recently, after transitioning to US rider Christian Simonson in 2025, Indian Rock won the US Grand Prix National Championship and made a winning CDI debut together, claiming victories in both the CDI3* Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special at the 2025 CDI Ocala.

Indian Rock is 3 x 3 to Krack C sex balanced and 4 x 4 to Jazz sex balanced – a very potent pedigree.
According to Horsetelex, Indian Rock’s current highest level progeny – Monty’s Something in the Orange (good competition results at Inter II) – also has a great pedigree for demonstrating balanced breeding principles – including a powerful duplication in a female line that ties into the stallion pedigree.

In this pedigree, you can see Olanda duplicated at 4 x 3, once on the tail female line of the dam, and also the grand dam of Apache in Indian Rock. The dam also adds another female line of Flemmingh and male line of Jazz.
